COVID-19 Proof of Vaccination Register (Non-Aquinas)

You can get your certificate using either:

• Medicare online account through myGov (Instructions link: https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/medicare-online-account)
• Express Plus Medicare mobile app. (Instructions link: https://www.servicesaustralia....)

You can use this COVID-19 tool from Services Australia (Link: https://www.servicesaustralia....) to find out the best way to get your proof, including if you’re in any of the following situations:

• you haven’t set up a myGov account or linked it to Medicare
• you aren’t eligible for Medicare
• you aren’t enrolled in Medicare

All education workers, including contractors and volunteers, are required to provide evidence of their third vaccination or a valid medical exemption by February 25th 2022, or have their third does within three months and two weeks of receiving their second dose. This College is required by law to retain this information, and does so in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic).
